Just confirmed this is exactly the same location my noise is coming from, I can feel it too when I put a finger on it and hit the headrest. Jeep Cares, this should help when working with dealerships, replacing the seat rail is not going to fix this. It is clearly in the upper seatback portion of the seat. WD40 did not work on mine, I will wait for a TSB or something to come out for it.Had the same noises, lub helps perfekt, no issues any more, thank you very much for this tip
