So i contacted Jeep and they have been very good about calling me weekly to get it scheduled. Work has been so crazy the last few weeks that I haven’t had time to bring it in. I finally made another appointment with the dealer and with Jeep on the line during the call. It will go back this coming Friday to be looked at again to identify the issue. We have concluded that it’s the back of the seat... when someone is sitting in it and sitting back in the seat and the weight distribution changes-like going around a corner or speed bump, we have the noise. When someone is sitting in the seat and leaning forward, no noise. It’s like the mechanism in the back of the seat is the issue...I say replace the seat, and that’s what we asked for, but it’s not my call. Hopefully they will fix it this time. My guess it’s a manufacturer defect from whoever made the seats. I’ll keep you posted...Thanks for the update! I'm having the same problem and dread going into the dealer to "replicate" it. Any advice on contacting Jeep Cares?
