I had the auxiliary switches installed after delivery (no tow package). A couple months ago, one stopped working and I've been troubleshooting it for a while. It was operating the same light for the past 3 years.

I swapped a relay from one of the other switches... nothing.
I used a brand-spanking new relay... nothing.
I connected a different light to the problem switch... nothing.
I swapped the light to another switch & it works fine.
The relay from the dead switch works for the other auxiliary switches
The button lights up, but that's about it.

The other 3 have no problems... they all work fine, but I've exhausted all options I could think of. Is my next step pulling the switches from the console?

I ask just in case…did you swap in a new fuse just to eliminate that variable?

I don't think I have the accessory fuses (F92/93, F103/108) since I didn't get the tow package.

Quoting @Rhinebeck01
each of those 4 Aux switches in regard to that non factory install has it's own fuse holder/fuse on the harness and NOT fuses in the PDC like the factory installed Aux.

I finally got ā€˜round to this today… I grabbed a 10mm socket preparing to remove a few bolts, when lo and behold…. There was the harness in plain sight.

The second one I opened… there it was; a popped 15 amp fuse. Replaced and resolved…. Don’t know how it happened & don’t care.

I looked for a difficult solution to a simple problem… Thanks, @Terrymo for showing me the error of my ways.

None... but it pays well.
On another side of non operating aux switch. This one is factory install. If you have an aux switch that is set to be always active, quickly toggling the switch a few times while ignition is off will disable it until engine starts.

It’s always nice when it turns out the answer is simple. Good for you.

I'd at least suggest caring enough to review the wiring/devices for what that switch is powering. A fuse doesn't just blow because it was having a good time. Something caused that circuit to draw more current than the switch/fuse is rated for; it's a good idea to figure out why/what that was.

I'd be surprised if it was a single light that it would draw more than 15A. I'm assuming nothing else was done/modified recently around the time the fuse tripped?

The switch that blew a fuse powered the LEDS's on the Oracle skid plate. I've had it since April 2022 & the switch has never failed until recently...within the past few months. I don't use it often.

I've made no other electrical modifications., but the only thing I could think of the few times I had to remove/replace the skid a few times to get some suspension work done. There isn't anything I can think of that would pop that fuse.
