I would take as many pictures of it as you can and reach out to them. Faulty new products happen and they seem like a company that will take care of it.Well that’s pretty disheartening for expensive Teraflex shocks to be leaking after 3 months and no off road yet.
x2 with this. During assembly often times there is a little bit of oil in btw the bump cap and rod guide. If it's not thoroughly cleaned out it can seep out the cap giving the impression the shock seal is failing.I know for a fact on the Falcons there is some residue under the dust cap that has nothing to do with the shock oil itself it is just used in assembly. i would clean it and see if it comes back..if it does then Teraflex has awesome customer service.
