Just an FYI , For anyone who is tired of waiting for Jeep to update your Uconnect, you can Google, DriveUconnect.com. Once you’re there click on support, click on software update, you put in your Vin number and check for updates. Note: you have to have a clean ( nothing on it ) 16 GB USB flashdrive. Click on get started and pick option #2, do not pick option #1. it will tell you how to download the new version of Uconnect. There’s a video on YouTube that shows exactly how to do this as well as exporting onto USB drive And uploading it into your vehicle.

Rock on!
I've been checking that for the past 4 weeks. It says mine is up to date.

OK if you have already done your update and you not have your off-road pages hit up @JeepCares let them know that your off-road pages are gone, they will respond asking you to give them your Vin number, mileage on your vehicle, phone number and email address. I’d give this to them all at once. Within three days my Off-Road pages were back on my vehicle and still there. The person who helped me, her name was Darlene and she was super fast. Darlene even followed up after my Pages returned.

I have mine for a couple of weeks now, no issues with them disappearing.

PM'd them my VIN and info while ago. I haven't heard boo.
I'm not so concerned that I dont have ORP. It would be cool to see it though. I have experienced blue screen and system freeze ups.
This is my first Jeep and first Chrysler product. I have had lots of other domestic and foreign cars over the past 40 years. By comparison, this is quite the messed up product launch...referring only to the Uconnect issues of course.
So far the Jeep has been awesome.

I hear you loud and clear! My first Jeep too! I was in the hit and miss. Mine did that once ( turned blue) way back in June, but has never done it again.

I email them on Late Friday and they got back to me on Monday, by Tuesday it was working and no problems so far.

As stated previously in the post at the top of this page, we are assisting customers whom have lost Jeep Off-Road Pages. We are documenting your VINs and forwarding your cases internally. If you have lost Jeep Off-Road Pages after the OTA update, please message us with your VIN and mileage so we can start the process to assist you.

We care about all of our customers, however, we are unable to investigate International VINs in our systems. If you live in Canada, we recommend reaching out to FCA Canadian Customer Care at (800) 465-2001.

This thread was started to find out if people have received Off Road Pages, not just for those that had and lost the feature.
Asking sincerely, do you know why everyone with a new Wrangler and up to date software, does not have Off Road Pages?
Due to the nature of Over-the-Air updates, delivery of the actual updates are performed in areas or regions around the country so as not to impact the performance of cellular towers; as such, some areas of the country will get the updates before others. Your patience is appreciated. I have responded to your private message.

FCA Canadian customer care doesn’t seem to know anything. Can you provide any info on what is being fixed so we can fill them in?

@JeepCares Can we get any info on what the latest software version is? It’s gaslighting at this point - I swear they were there when I picked up on Sep 12, and then never saw them again to try them out. I want to verify that I *should* have them and I’m not just waiting for an update. The unconnect website says I have the latest revision but we have no idea how accurate that is for Canadian customers.

@Martindfletcher posted how to check, and mentioned an 0608 version. So we already know how to enter dealer mode - cat is out of the bag there - no such thing as secrets in the internet age. HELP US.

I don’t see 0608 listed anywhere in my settings. So do I take this to my dealer or am I wasting my time here?

I haven't driven my Jeep for about a week and the ORPs were not updated the last time I drove it. Got in it yesterday and it told me the update was available. I let the update run and came back a while later and it was all done! I had the screen burn for a little while, but after a few different screen selections it went away. Off Road Pages was in my apps! no other issues that I've noticed.

Got my ORPs back today. Hopefully they stick around for good.
