Mine has been at the dealer since 8:45 Denver time. They said they opened a Star case because they couldn't figure it out. Tech working on it hasn't called me back. It's not rocket science. I told them the TSB number.

Left mine at the dealer almost all day yesterday with no luck in them getting it downloaded.

At the end of the day they called and said they were finally able to figure out the download and when they tried to upload it to the Jeep, the Jeep wouldn't take the download. So they said I need a new radio (might explain not receiving the OTA update?).

So.....whenever that comes in, hopefully it'll have the updated software installed.

It's a safe bet that the dealer techs are doing something dopey. Myself and another forum member successfully installed the ORPs update a few days ago. It's likely that they're not copying the files to the flash drive correctly.

Probably. But who knows. You’d think it’d be fairly easy to figure out. It’s not brain surgery.

They said they can’t do anything with it until the radio swap so....hopefully it comes with the new software.

Exactly, it should be fairly simple especially considering the fact that the TSB tells them exactly how to put the files on the flash drive. But do you think they actually read the TSB? I doubt it. Also, if they can't do something that simple then I definitely don't want them doing something more complex like taking apart the dash to replace the radio.

I’ve had good luck with them before doing some warranty work. Who knows. I told them the TSB number when I made the appt and again when I dropped it off. There’s a closer dealer but they said they were booked til late Feb. If they damage anything to the dash then they’ll fix it for free.

If anyone in the south Denver area knows of a dealer that’s top-notch I’d be all ears.

Sorry for the stupid question people but, I did see the TSB has to do with 2018 Wrangler JL. So, am I to assume that I do not need the tsp / orp update on the 2019 Wrangler Rubicon that I still haven't received yet? LOL. thank you for the input have a great day all!

Not sure to be honest. I ordered a 2019 fully loaded jlu Rubicon with the 8.4 in Uconnect, nav ,the whole nine yards LOL

Autonation on Arapahoe. Medved is closer but they’re brain dead. No real good options closeby.

Hoping it was just the B team working because they’re usually pretty good.

I'm scheduled for the TSB next Tuesday......fingers crossed that it cures the radio, back up camera and gives me the ORP's I've been missing for 9 months.

Well, I had the TSB applied a week ago, ORP's finally appeared but now the radio is coming and going as it pleases just like before the update. So much for the TSB fixing the radio issues.
