Off Road page not working

mine did not work when I didnt have cell service, LIKE WHEN I WAS IN THE MOUNTAINS TRYING TO USE OFFROAD PAGES, and I figured it should work, offroad, nope, only with cell service.

Off-road pages won’t even open at all on my 2024 JLUR. It’s worked 1 time and never has since then.

Then how do you check your pitch and roll into?

Now over 10k miles and eight months, the Off Road pages have nothing for my '24 JLUWX. Sales person said it was because I did not have the Technology package.

Edit: Oh, and the owner's manual states "if available" when I read about the Off Road page. It's one of the reasons I mentioned I don't see the point of the large display in another thread.

Even without tech group. One should be able to read pitch and roll. It is clearly a tech bug

I guess when I first read this post I thought it was working then stopped but sounds like it has never worked? go to a dealer and check out other sports and see if they have pitch and roll....might be a canadian thing....I kind of found once the novelty wears off you don't really use it.

Yes. It was working fine and now not. Kinda strange.

agree if it was working there is a glitch. I would disconnect your batteries for 10 minutes and then ee if that jars things......you might loose some features for a day but they should all come back.

I am on #5 and my 2024 is the only one to give me any real trouble but I doubt I will be getting another one. If my first would have given me trouble like this I would not have bought another. I totally get the frustration. new vehicles should not give you trouble.

Here's a different twist on your issue, that I am having.

I have a 2024 392 which only had Offroad Pages for the first 8 months. Worked fine. BUT I was missing Trail Recordings and the Adventure Guides. So, a few weeks ago I did the "Factory Reset" from the Settings page in the Uconnect System. (Actually 4-times). After sitting overnight everything comes back, albeit slowly. You do lose everything you had program.

But my Trail Recordings and the Adventure Guides did finally appear and WORK! As you can see.

Here's the catch though...my Offroad Pages does what your first video shows. Touch the screen to launch and NOTHING. Actually, it just jumps the previous screen I was on. Dumb.

So, I'm in a holding pattern for now. Not calling the dealership, since they had no clue how to even get Trail Recordings and Adventure Guides to appear. I showed them how on a 2024 392 sitting on the showroom floor. I will probably disconnect the battery for a few minutes and see if that helps. I could connect my JScan app, but not convinced that will help in my situation.

I guess time will tell.
