Just after buying a new 2024 Rubicon
Off-road app won’t load.
Dealer did a “Hard Reset” the app worked for two days, now nothing.
How does one fix this?
Thanks for all the replies. I have contacted Uconnect and I'm waiting for tech support to return my call. Customer Service gave a case number. I was told tech support would contact me in 24-48hrs. Where would I find what software version I have?
