It finally came back after a few days! A few months later it messed up again put me in a totally different state. It located me in Mississippi which I had not been in. Took it in, they had to replace my whole radio.

Mine does that occasionally - a quick fix that has always worked for me is to select another option on the display (like Radio or Climate) and then go back to Navigation - comes right up every time if I do that.

Mine is stuck, too.

I tried switching screens, resetting Uconnect4, recalibrating the GPS. It’s still stuck.

Yes. Held the VR+phone buttons down for 30 seconds, turned off the engine, opened the door, blah blah blah. Did it 3 times. Didn't do squat.
