Odd 2018 options

I own a 2018 wrangler JL unlimited sport. After doing some research I have found that it has options that from what I understand were not available on the sport only the sport s. ( the upgraded technology package, blind spot monitoring, power locks and windows etc... am I missing something or am I just misreading the options given to the trim packages? Is there a way to run down the build sheet on my vehicle? Thanks in advance!

I think maybe you have the Sport S after all. I can tell in the picture you have tinted windows too. Does it have AC?

If you have power locks you definitely have a Sport S. Plus looking at the picture you have the Sport S wheels and tinted windows, which were not optional on the Sport.

• Power heated exterior mirrors
• Automatic headlamps
• Integrated voice command with Bluetooth®
• Leather-wrapped steering wheel
• 17-in. silver wheels

Look up your VIN number. That will tell you for sure.

Sport S is just an option package on the Sport, it’s not a real trim outside the configurator. If you have power windows, it’s an S. Take a look at your window sticker and you should have something like “Customer Preferred Package 24S” on it under options which lists the S extras.

Also, some of these upgrades were not initially available. The 2018-19 did not have the option of LEDs or the other safety add-ons such as blind spot monitoring. These became available with the 2020 Sport model.
