I don't know how he got a 24'x22' for less than $4k. I bet a metal building that size and able to withstand your weather will be north of $8000. Plus you'll likely need a concrete pad, or at the very least some solid footings which will add another few grand.

Have a look at the photo. It's a carport, not a building as stated.
