Realized I never updated here. Took my dashboard apart and found nothing, tested while apart and everything worked. Put it back together same issue. So I pulled my radio only back out and wouldn’t you know it somehow the defroster got pushed up just far enough that it missed the vent grille. Pulled it back with a pry tool and it snapped back into position. Now I had previously been in the dash for a separate issue and must have pushed that plastic venting just a hair forward of the defrost grille up top. Just me being an idiot, but problem solved!
