Just approved as a new member. Checking in to say hello from Arizona.

Recently acquired a 2023 20th anniversary, and am in process of adding a few touches for occasional camping, and general offroading. First major trip planned for the San Juans in September.

1- In process with install of the Ham radio. (Icom with Mars mod) - Fab'd an antenna mount for t/gate install, routing coax into cabin, following already installed t/gate wiring path.
2- tailgate table install complete (Front Runner)
3- installed rear cargo mat (MOPAR)
4- Front overhead rack completed (Molle)
5- E-100 fire extinguisher install complete (Element)
6- repaired inoperative rear cargo lamp (wiring not plugged in inside Rt Rr trim panel)
7- purchased and yet to select mounting locations; first aid kit, jumper cables and jump-start battery pack, recovery gear (tree strap, recovery strap, soft shackles, snatch block, gloves, etc.)

To Do :
1- Warn winch install (M-8000, Synthetic rope, HawsePro roller fairlead, Warn winch mount bracket , etc.)
2- Aux fuel can carrier/bracket ?

Welcome!

Roller with synthetic? I was thinking that those two don't go together that well.

John, the particular fairlead he listed is a hybrid fairlead designed for synthetic rope.

Thanks all for the warm welcome. Looking forward to getting a bit more involved here.

Wabujitsu is correct about the roller fairlead I selected. Max Gremillion @ HawsePro.com, designed and developed this fairlead specifically for synthetic winch ropes.

Max comes for a pedigreed offroading family. Pat Gremillion is his dad. Pat is a long-time offroader, and in the OffRoad HOF. He originated the designs for & perfected the Pull Pal, and Premier Power Welders that so many offroaders have used over the years, for trail welding repairs.

Max has carried on the family tradition, following dad, first with a career in the Marines, then after the service, a 20 year career with the LA fire department. He now has moved on to designing, developing, and manufacturing equipment for fire and rescue air operations, but is also a long-time offroader.

Max has done a first-rate job with this new fairlead design. The design, workmanship, fit & finish are ALL "top-shelf" and IMHO this unit is "aircraft quality". I would encourage anyone interested, to look it up on HawsePro.com It's an impressive piece of hardware.
