The only thing that changes toe is the tie rod adjustment. If they aligned it and then it changed, then it was loose. That’s it.
I consider this to be the most likely possibility.

I came across a gentleman a while back that had the latest and greatest in alignment equipment. Unfortunately he didn't know how to set up everything before making adjustments. He made a mess of my alignment (not a Jeep) and I had to take it elsewhere to get it done correctly. True story.

Update: My Jeep has a bent front axel. It will cost $6300 to replace at the dealer. There may be a less expensive alternative, but probably not under the circumstances. On the final try camber measured -1.3 degree on the driver's side and -.3 on the passenger side. This is what was making the Rubi pull to the right. Because previous camber measurements were nearly equal for each side I did an approximate verification of camber using a carpenter's level. The bubble was just a bit off center on the passenger side and way off on the driver's side. The previous measurements were clearly wrong. In fact the tech who did the final measurement could see the problem before he put my Jeep on the rack. I think I could see it too.

It's possible something was loose which was throwing off the previous measurements, but I also believe there was a major incompetence factor involved.

I'm happy to be on the way to getting this fixed, annoyed by the time wasted and dismayed over the cost.

What did you hit? This is a prime opportunity to upgrade the front axle.

$6300..OUCH.. 2023 Rubicon, Why is warranty not taken care of this? Are they saying that you hit something and caused this?

Why don’t they press out the upper ball joint camber sleeves and make adjustments? It would be a much more expensive alignment but not 6k.

A change in camber of that amount is visible just at a casual glance.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Damn, that's rough, if you're ok w/ twisting your own wrenches might be able to find a Rubi front for around $2500 and DIY the swap. Not sure what installing a new axle tube entails but maybe that's an option?? Might consider trussing your next axle if you're bending axles.

Whole thread is out of alignment.

No dealer?
No insurance?

No f-ing way. It's a Jeep dealer. Read between the lines and realize there have been some things going on in the background which have limited my options until now.

Also….. an alignment on a stock Rubi only consists of setting toe…. Everything else is set in stone, caster, camber, thrust angle, etc…. Is not adjustable on the stock Rubi…. It can be made adjustable with aftermarket parts, and ball joints shims, but as is right now all you’re paying for is toe…….
Could be Pitman arm, it is adjustable, make sure its CENTERED!

Check all connections for looseness.

Speculating about insurance doesn't get this fixed. Obviously, this isn't a warranty deal. Axels don't bend themselves.
