The fact that it started when you were low on fuel has me thinking you picked up some stuff from tank. Possibly getting through filter and into a injector.

It’s not a 50 year old pickup, that doesn’t happen. Filter is on the inlet of the fuel pump, inside the tank.

Air filter looks spotless, I’d rule out physical sand intrusion and a cause of concern.

Can you accelerate through the roughness and still maintain driveability?

Yes Ican accelerate through around 2krpm is worst here are the codes that are pending. I need to drive 15 miles to deal tomorrow is that ok?

I get your trying to help but talking to others like they are stupid is counter productive. I do know a little about modern fuel systems.

Sounds like the dealership thing is your best bet although bad fuel or filter could be the culprit. Yeah, crap can get into the tank this new as sometimes when they fill the stations the loose crap gets mixed in and many stations simply remove the filters rather than replacing them when dirty and now and then "one guy" gets all the loose crap, also, sometimes water gets into the station tanks after rain and I don't mean a few drops.
Or simply one cylinder is misfiring due to a plug or coil pack
Or you probably shook something loose out on the beach, did you check the plug wires yet ?
Either way, its not even 6 months old so...... stealership may be the way to go

Lean condition, running rough, multiple misfires? check your oxygen sensors on bank one, look for oil leaking directly onto them or wiring damage. Check your air intake for a loose hose.

Just a point about fuel pickups, they are at the bottom of the tank and take fuel off the bottom regardless of fuel level. They are no more likely to suck in debris in the tank when it's empty than full, unless the debris is floating on the fuel. For some reason, there is a common misunderstanding that running the tank empty or nearly so will make it suck in debris from the bottom of the tank.

My point was more to running that low tends to slosh and mix bottom of fuel tank real well. I got to experience it with a new truck. What was in the bottom of the new tank was nasty and got through sock and filter.

Let’s see your air filter.

Dealer tech says valve cover leaking oil on sensor causing it think it was running lean. After I get it back I will post up again to confirm if fixed or not. Thanks for your help

For anyone interested my 1400 mile 2022 JLU is fixed. They found oil leak on Valve cover leaking onto O2 Sensor freaking out computer. Tech told me new valve cover gasket was updated part number appeared thicker.
