Mopar has started carrying the Dorman oil filter housing on their parts website as well

thanks for the link. at this point, Dorman... Mopar... (I guess it depends if I got an orange cap or a black cap) I don't care which one it is. metal is better than plastic in a high-heat area.

I recently got a check engine light with a P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire. I have the Lifetime Maxcare and the Dealership has submitted the request for repair approval. I'm also getting a few other items taken care of and I am wondering if anyone can identify any potential pitfalls with the single head replacement and if I should proactively have them replace anything else while they have things torn apart. service ticket attached.

Bonus question, if these all get approved, any idea how much it woud have cost without Maxcare? Wondering if it's paid for itself in one trip to the dealership.
