Unfortunately, it’s been demonstrated that booster packs don’t work on the JL.
There was a lot of early speculation about booster packs not working. Recently a couple of people have reported success using relatively powerful booster packs.

It may be hit or miss, but it’s probably worth a try and I carry one.

A rubber livestock feed container/bowl from TSC works well for recovery equipment, and keeps things together and clean when you have to put a muddy strap back in the jeep. Doesn't slide around either and is flexible.

I have a trunk organizer with the following (not including a bunch of random or detail related stuff, towels, blankets)
Organizer: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071NL37NB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Medkit (Surviveware): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HGSLB6K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Flashlights
Lanterns
Life Straw: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006QF3TW4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Mylar blankets: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HGFCYQ4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Noco GB40 (maybe 60) (I've tried using this once and it didn't jump the car I tried it on so I'm skittish as hell about it now)
20' jumper cables (because of ^)
Electric milwaukee for taking top bolts off (its weak as hell unfortunately)
I carry all sorts of USB battery chargers and cables and battery banks

I have some other camping odds and ends like cooking tools (gas stove, spork, whisky), etc in my trunk tool area. I always have multitools and knives and other stuff in it. Like some have mentioned my hardtops on 24/7 and I garage it when I'm home in the city. I still try hard to hide all of this stuff, though, the organizer has a cover and is black and can't be seen at all in my trunk.

I try to keep everything in the organizer though, I can grab it and take it out if I ever need to haul something in the back. It's super useful until I have drawers.

Had a camping trip this weekend and I hit something (another car unfortunately) which bent my skid plate into my steering bar a bit and I'm not the type to stop a trip from something like that, but I was missing the tools (a socket/ratchet set) to fix it myself so I'll be remedying that.

You are the most organized person I know. Congrats, that is awesome, Really.
Here is mine. I put a laminated copy in my Jeep so I know where everything is.

A loose chain in a wreck could really do some damage to your brain bucket.

Have milk crates and totes to contain my stuff. Milk crate has stuff I want to grab right a way like straps and such, tote has things that can take a bit to get to like sockets, first aid and all that. Also have a cargo net fm Safari Straps keeping everything in place while on the trail. Only thing I put in that little space under the floor mat is my tire plug kit. Reason for that is to have it with us always, road/trail, don't have to think about if it is in the jeep or not. Otherwise don't use it as you have to take everything out of the jeep to gain access to it.
