Obtaining a stock JL aux switch bank... without harness.

Hey, I have a bare bones 2.0 JL... If I got an OEM Aux bank... would I need their OEM harness and plugs? I currently have my offroad KC lamps with some generic switch and harness it came with, could I somehow jerry-rig that to work the OEM aux bank? I also plan on having a winch and possible another light source.

Anyone recommend an easy to do this for a newbie?

But I do not believe this will do what you ask for. It somehow ties into the canbus system, and displays things on your radio. But if you figure it out, let me know cause I want to do the same thing as you with mine...

They aren’t simple physical switches. Don’t waste your money.

Buy the aux switch kit and install it so you have correct electrical components and you don't burn your jeep down
