A-pillars without grab handle?

Does any vendor make replacement a-pillar trim without the integrated grab handles?

I just realized that myself this week as I thought about ordering cool grab handles for her new pink Jeep as she had on her JK's, never even noticed before....
You'd think if Jeep was going to copy the idea and put them on at the factory they could have made them look like they belonged on the Jeep instead of on a Toyota crapola
