Wife has a 2019 rubicon 2 Dr. Basically a pavement princess. We put a rough country 2.5 lift on it now rear is sagging. Looking to put a better lift on it. Very little off roading mainly used for travel. Need decent ride quality and a level look. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I

I had a bad experience with Rough Country products on my truck years ago.

My JLUR has a 3.5" Metalcloak with Rocksport shocks. I got a compliment on the ride quality by my sis and brother in law after they borrowed it for a couple weeks to drive around southern CA, while here. Just another data point.
