my husband and I have been a Jeep customer for over 7 years now. And we recently run into and issue with the new Fontana CA Jeep dealership. How can I get in contact with Jeep corporation in regards to this issue? Thank you

One solution is to start using Glenn E. Thomas Jeep in Signal Hill instead. They are awesome!

Hey everyone, I think we got a bit sidetracked, let's get back on topic. Katie, to contact Jeep corporate you can try reaching out to their customer service number (1-800-468-1978) and explain the situation with the Fontana CA dealership, they should be able to look into it for you.

Remember, car dealers (except Tesla, and a few other boutique brands) are independently owned franchises. Jeep does not own the dealer, nor do the employees at dealer answer to Jeep.

Long time listener, first time caller.
I dunno I think she's outsmarted the forum. I mean lets be honest, if she detailed the issue she's having a bunch of fanboys would just tell her "that's how it is everywhere" and "you actually expected them to honor the warranty?!" like usual. There's very little we can do to ACTUALLY help anyone with the terrible dealers that we are stuck with other than to tell them "find another dealer". So perhaps she simply realizes this and knows that giving any more detail is a complete waste of her time.

That's what i'm choosing to believe.

Nice try, trying to win some points. But, she hasn't checked in, since 2:30 pm or so, the day she made this thread.
