Your starter runs a whole lot more than 80 amps through the frame, as does your alternator (single DC output, DC ground to the case-chassis)
Okay, I'll give you the amperage through the frame if you don't mind adding additional opportunities for interference.

I had that one for my first Wrangler. Now I'm using a Kraken, but yeah, it all fits nicely under the front passenger seat.
My 575 GMRS is mounted under the front passenger seat. Thus, the ARB was pushed to the rear cargo compartment. However when I moved the GMRS radio from my 2018 to the 2023, I noticed several things. First the *^$# minimal storage in the console was reduced even more. Looks like a component of the front camera is mounted under the console, since a number of fiber optical cables exit the console under the passenger seat. I had to modify my radio mount to alleviate any pressure on the cables.

Now, having said that, two questions: Does the under-seat mount work when the Jeep has a forward facing camera? And, has anyone installed it in a 2024/2025 model with the electric passenger seat?

Mine is a 2022 and the Kraken fits fine under the passenger seat. It sits further back than the ARB version, so there's a minor risk of someone in the back seat kicking it "too much". Mine is mostly protected by the rear floor mat.

I'm not sure what the forward facing camera has to do with it. Mine has that too.

Kraken doesn't say anything specifically about electric seats. You'd need to reach out to them if nobody here replies. https://epic-4wd.com/en-us/products/epic-kraken-tire-inflation-system-for-jeep-jl-jt

I answered one of my questions already. The Kraken works on 2023 Jeeps with forward facing cameras ... you added the 2022 to the answer. One of my buddies has it installed in his 2023 JLURD and had/has no problems with it.

I have the same risk with my radio installed under the front passenger seat. Decided that I'd add a metal plate across the rear legs to protect the radio if it became a problem. Some earth magnets on the ends to attach to the legs seems like a good choice ... remove when not needed to allow for good HVAC airflow.

It took about three prototypes before I found the right dimensions for mounting the GMRS radio under the seat and avoiding the fore/aft shifting of the seat. Haven't looked yet, but will need to if I purchase a 2024/2025 JLUR with power seats.

Edit: Clicked on your provided link and this jumped out: Gen2 Kraken - Works in all JL and JT Jeeps, including Jeeps with Power Seats.

That's one reason I didn't go with the 575 radio. Holy crap, that thing's big in comparison to my 275, which is tucked nicely behind the kick panel under the steering wheel.

Yep, I was seduced by the power. And, after the fact, I found out that it simply wouldn't easily fit in the same space as a 275. Love the under seat location though: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/midland-mxt575-install.96285/ I noticed that you read that thread and commented that I saved you some money by pushing you away from the 575 ... cool.

The real kicker is that I'm now running the 575 on 5 watts of power. The 575 only has high (50 watts) and low (5 watts) for transmission ... yep, no medium (15 watts) power setting. 50 watts causes some distortion on the trail when you're too close together, thus I paid big bucks for a 5 watt transmitter.

There is space behind the steering wheel kick panel. Unfortunately it goes under the steering shaft and over an electronic box ... I thought the location had the possibility of jamming up the steering shaft since it's square in that location. Ozark Overland Adventures has a YouTube video of his installation in that location.
