Method 701 vs 702

I'm trying to decide between these 2 wheels. I really like both of them. They are a bit heavy but I want to try the bead grip in lieu of beadlocks. They are also lighter and cheaper than most beadlocks.

Pro's

701's:
I've seen them on a 2 door and love the looks
702's
29.95lbs About 1lb lighter per wheel
$45 cheaper for a set of five in a wheel and tire package I'm considering. No big deal
Not as many people have them

Con's

701's:
30.8lbs About 1 lb heavier also not really a big deal
Very popular I'd like my jeep to look less common
702's:
I have not seen them on a 2 door only a 4 and the pic was at an angle. Not sure I like the looks as much as the 701's

Prior to getting the AEV Borah JL wheel, the Method 701 wheels were in the running. Good luck to you on your decision. Either one should perform great out on the trails.

Well they lowered the price of the 701's to the same as the 702's so I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Method 701's and 315/70r17 Mastercraft Courser MXT's are ordered.

Yeah after days of searching I found a total of 3 JL's with 702's all 4 doors Including the pic you posted above. Still I went with the 701's. They fit the looks of the JL a little better IMO.
