May seem like a stupid question but I ordered the Topo Center caps (eta Saturday) AND I’ve had these wheels twice in the past…the center cap is snap in and damn near impossible to remove without removing the wheel from the vehicle. Any suggestions for removal without taking off the wheel or damaging the wheel? I’d like to save the current center caps but if I have to I’ll drill a hole in the center of each one and pull them out with pliers?. I’ve tried trim removal tools in the past on prior vehicles and they didn’t budge them.

Why don’t you want to remove the wheel? Seems like you could do it pretty quickly.
