Hey everyone,

i just got a complete set of adjustable control arms (upper/lower/front/rear) and am wondering what measurements they need to be at with a two inch lift. i’ve seen some posts of measurements for the front lowers but am having a tough time finding measurements for all.
Thanks!

Try out Clayton Offroad’s website.
I think I saw there somewhere the approx lengths for this stuff based on the lift height.
Will try to find the link if I get time (I had saved it somewhere).

Regarding accurate measurements, is there a good technique? I assume these lengths are from the center of the bolt hole on each end.

Maybe insert a bolt in each one, measure outer edge distance and subtract width of one bolt?

You could install the bolts and measure outer edge on one side and inner edge on the other, then no subtracting needed.

Also, almost every lift manufacture installation instructions has the CA's lengths stated in them.

Be midful these are starting points. My Jeep was anaemic on the caster from the factory. BDinTX had the same lift as me and I was way under on my caster. I now have a MC gamechanger and Roky gave me some numbers, I was still short on my caster. So every Jeep is truly different!

fair point - and as starting measurements, accuracy probably isn't critical.
