Maximus-3 Rack Measurement

All. Wondering if anyone with a Maximus-3 system can confirm the advertised 2.25" overall height addition (without rails). Im dealing with a tight squeeze in my garage, and while I should have enough room, I dont want to get it on and be surprised.

3-1/2” to 3-7/8”, depending on where you’re measuring from, to the top of the platform. The 2-1/2” claim is just their attachment bracketry. That said, you can see the platform itself is 1-1/2” tall so there isn’t a mounting system that will put a platform on your Jeep with only 2-1/2” total height increase, unless you’re laying it directly on the hard top.

Thank you. That's what I need to see. I thought from the pictures on their site that the 2.25" claim didnt add up to what the pictures show.
