LOD Request Ignored

I have ordered parts from LOD about 6 months ago. I have been very very patient. I even have an invoice number.
For along time they were working with me . Now all requests fall on Deaf ears and eyes.
I made a call yesterday and was told they would call me back.
Did not happen.
I am a paying customer, I don’t understand. I am just trying to buy parts to there products.
I don’t know what else to do.
I guess LOD is does not care about there customers.

That's a shame, because my @lodoffroad bumper and rails (original versions) are great.

That said, if you've paid and are getting no response for 6+ months and no product, then report it (i.e. card company, bank, and/or BBB). You may have a route to a refund, etc.

I'll also parrot the @Northridge4x4 being a great company to deal through. They've always made things right if ever needed. But, I'd expect nothing less from the inventors of the Jeep DUCK CONDO.

They have my info for payment and made up an invoice.
The money was not taken out yet , I was promised the parts several times. LOD seemed like a great company with good products. I was hoping to be part of the LOD family.

why not order thru Northridge4x4 and actually save some money...and free shipping. they also show if the item is in stock..I have orderd LoD sliders from them and was cheaper than direct ordering and I had them in a couple of days. your choice tho....
