Just had my locker sensor replaced under warranty. I asked for the other 4 but they have to send them back with the bad one. Tech was super cool and explained everything he saw and did to my jlr. Came out and showed me how everything is controlled by the radio. Things I had no idea of. ?

Can you elaborate on the above, please? Are you referring to how the lockers are operated?

The radio? Are dealer techs going delusional now?

Also, do you happen to know which numbered sensor ended up working? Or which ones got sent back. So far I have confirmed #3 and #5 both work.

No. He was basically referring to controlling the heated seats, ac and went through everything that is controlled through the radio. Things I don’t even have or want.

He told me they looked the same. He used #1. He thinks they are minute size changes but didn’t know what the real reason is. Might be someone on the forum that knows.

Lockers only work with the rocker switches.

Ya, I don't think there is a big difference for sure. I had all 5. #5 worked right away for me.

That must be the new 5 axle Rubicon. I'm pretty sure OP is referring to his door locks but his avatar says 2dr. Confused.
