Spent the weekend on a few mods on the 4xe.

  • Teraflex 1.5" lift
  • XD Assault 18x9 wheels with 35 KO2's
  • RokBlokz XL Mud Flaps
  • Go Rhino Dominator D-6 Slider Removable Drop Steps
  • Diabolical Slipstream Security Enclosure
  • Barricade 3/4 Alloy Series Bumper
  • RC 10,000lb Winch
  • 17"LED Bar (bumper)
  • 40" LED bar (hood)
  • Dual 5" Cubes (window Cowl)
  • Rancho Adjustable front/rear Track bars
  • Teraflex adjustable front Lower control arms
  • RC Spare tire Relocation Bracket
  • Painted grill inserts Black
  • Rock Slide Engineering Rocker Armor
  • Full body 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) wrap
  • Thule Pro 2 XTR Bike Rack
  • Bullet Point Phone Mount

So far most of the above have not requires much modification to make fit the 4xe, However the Slipstream require alteration of the two floor mounting brackets. The Window Cowl LED Cube brackets also requires cutting and some minor reshaping as the charge port will not allow most if not all of the current brackets to work. Also not the Teraflex Lift is a 1.5" ST1 kit (2" front and 1.5" rear). As you can see any higher would not look right with 35's, in fact I and considering changing my rear to only 1" to eliminate the front rake, however I still have a steel rear bumper coming which like drop the rear a fraction. Yo should also note that a aftermarket bumper and winch will cause the front to sag about 1/2" so you should account for that when you lift. That gap between the tires and the fender flair is exactly 9" on all 4.

I dig it! How are you enjoying the Hybrid/Electric aspects of it? Also, nice Ebikes. I've built a couple non-fat tire cruisers with BBSHD and daily ride a Turbo Levo Expert. E-bikes are addicting.

I only have 50 miles on and have had it for 10 days already. it has been in the garage on blocks much of the time. As for the ebikes we are avid riders. we spend a lot of time in wine country cruising winery's

Looks great. Have you noticed any difference in Ride with the Terraflex ST1? considering that myself for my rubi. just put 35's on and they fit, but looks squatty with them now..

Looks great. How much impact do the mods have on your range? Are you still getting your 21 miles?

I see you have a Tesla as well. Do you use an adaptor with a Tesla charger or do you have a different level II charger?

I have had it for 10 days in the garage getting mods for 9 days drove 10 miles yesterday so at this point hard to say. We live just north of Seattle so lots of hills I expect more distance loss from that then the mods the little I have driven I can tell no difference in ride with the ST1. I may remove the 1.5" rear and go to 1" on the rear. If I did not have bumper and winch the 1.5" would be perfect. I agree without a lift too squatty and with anything more than this ST1 1.5" would be too much. The up side is there is enough room you can still put 37's on if you want .

4.5 back space If I recall that is like -12
Very cool, thanks. You're not by chance running spacers too are you? Could just be the angle, but that seems wider to me than other pics of 18/9's I've come across with the 4.5 backspacing (you were correct about the -12 = 4.5bs). I love the look of yours, I'm driving myself crazy trying to decide on offsets.

Installed my Quadratec QRC stubby Bumper and badlands 12k winch. As well as my A pillar pods and 4" led cubes. Waiting for my leveling kit and Nitto Terra Grapplers in 295/60/20. The QRC bumper looks good but was over 6 hour install due to not so perfect fitment and the most ass backward fog light installation design I have ever seen. Your build looks awesome. Going for a very OEM+ build on mine, keeping the stock wheels. I took it on some trails stock already and even on the crappy street tires it was very capable.
