Lifter tick??

Hello. I believe I’m hearing a lifter tick in my 3.6 2022 with 55k miles. Looking for opinions. In addition to that, in early August after an oil change a dealership failed to replace my coolant lid and everything boiled out. The jeep never showed it was overheating. Curious if that is possibly related as well. Climate just got cold where I live.

Well, cell phone microphones and speakers don't really do it justice, but that sounds more like injector noise. Those do tend to make a little clatter.
