Hi guys it happened, I got the dreaded ulcerative death wobble and it's all but undriveable.
The dealer had it for over a month and returned it because the parts it needed are backordered for months.
They suggested I put an adjustable track bar and aftermarket steering stabilizer.
I contacted Off Road Warehouse and I'm going to lift it and put the aftermarket trackbar and stabilizer in one go.
ORV suggested the Teraflex Base 2.5 suspension lift. It's inexpensive but with labor and everything it comes out to over two grand.
Since a lot of it is labor, should I opt for a more expensive kit?
It's my daily driver and I really want it to behave well on the highway.
Thanks!

I assume you want to lift it?
IMO lift with adjustable control arms, Adjustable track bars, and then do steering arms and ball joints.

Use whatever brand trips yer trigger. The good lifts are all very similar and should act the same unless you play on doing hardcore crawling. Then you should do more homework for that.

I bought MetalCloak GameChanger because they had a sale at the time I wanted to buy. I would have had no problem buying Rock Krawler or Clayton, or TerraFlex.

JKS is another very good brand. I’ve had three sets installed on three Jeeps, two of which we still have (‘20 Sahara JLU and ‘21 Rubicon JLU). They drive PERFECTLY on-road and off-road. They have different kits for different use-cases.

Like the others have stated, the proper equipment will make your day. I put a MC GC 3.5 on my wife's JLUR. We had death wobble one time on the stock setup and have never had it since I installed the new equipment. I used a Falcon 2.2 steering stabilizer and American Iron ball joint deletes. I also set the caster with the guidance from MC netting the caster at 5.5 degrees. We wheel it most weekends in Windrock in Tennessee and leave this coming Friday for a week long trip in Moab.
