I think a 3.5 looks just right with those tires. I recommend the Metalcloak 3.5 Gamechanger. They tend to run a little high so you could end up over that 3.5.

After research I believe this is the lift I’ll go with!

I originally netted about 4.5" with the 3.5" Gamechanger. It dropped to about 4" after adding the winch and mounting plate, lighting and their controllers, sliders, air compressor, stronger rear bumper, and hinged tailgate reinforcement.

No need to go that high on the JL. You bring a lot of geometry correction into play at 4.5-6”’of lift…..My recommendation is to clearance the fenders, either by chopping oem fenders, or aftermarket……… I’m on 3.5” lift and 37s with fender chop……….

I am currently running the MC GC 3.5 with 3.5 rear springs and 4.5 RK front springs. Even though the GC 3.5 are rated for the diesel, after I got the MC steel front bumper and the Evo 12s winch, there was about an inch droop. As soon as the 35 (actually 34.4 inch tire) wear out I am going to 37 inch Cooper MT's. Anyway, I think the jeep looks good and works great on the trails.

I believe you’ll just need to buy the 3.5” springs and new sway bar links (because they make you cut them to fit so yours are now probably too short). Then you’ll need to adjust all the control arms and track bars to their Recommended spec.

This is all what I’ve learned in researching because I’m looking at the same solution. 2.5” overland+ and if I want to go higher, I just need to buy the 3.5” springs andsway bar links to cut again. Seeing everyone’s pictures though, I like how the 3.5” looks so maybe I just go with that anyway. I’m trying to gain as much ground clearance while keeping center of gravity as low as possible.

The 1st pic is the earliest one I have, after swapping to the 3.5" Gamechanger. Only extra weight at that point was the rock sliders. 2nd pic is after adding the winch, stronger steel rear bumper, hinged tailgate reinforcement, onboard air, etc. The added weight barely dropped it a 1/2".

I'm sure they won't mind sharing what they told me:

"It’s pretty easy to upgrade to the 3.5” in the future, the main parts to upgrade would be the springs, end links, and brake line extensions. The shocks are the most difficult part, unless you go with a set of shocks like the Falcons that work in ranges from 2.5-4.5” of lift, that way that’s one less thing you have to worry about."

Dyor but it seems simple enough for the most change with least inputs with what you already have.
