Just do yourself a favor and return those beadlocks and get yourself a set of interlocks from Icon.

They sit like normal tires, they're street legal in every state, and you won't ever have to worry about busting the ring up on the trail!

You know thinking about it, part of the problem might be as well that the tire keeps getting tested on the wheel off of the jeep, and maybe it's the pressure from the weight of the vehicle that's causing the weak point to leak. You might do good spray some soapy water on the actual rim, both inside and outside of the rim. For all you know it could be the inside portion of the rim that's leaking.
