Hopefully this fixes mine, as they rain the leak test after they “fixed” it & it did not leak anymore. I’m sorry to hear about your situation, but it seems like your situation was much worse than mine from the start. I hope they resolve it quickly. My fingers are crossed that this is the end of any issues, as I had a 2014 SRT Jeep a few years back & it was plagued with issues & had over $6k of warranty work performed within the first year of ownership (motor mounts, cam, 4 lifters, carbon fiber dash, etc.). That left me with a bad taste in my mouth about grand cherokees..but it seems Jeeps in general have quality issues. I replaced all my suspension on it & that seems to be a big issue with these things. And don’t get me started on rock chips on the windshield...Cracked my windshield 2 weeks after buying it, replaced it, then got another rock chip 2 weeks after repair...Yeah, they fixed this on mine as well and it didnt solve the problem. Mine is leaking in all four corners and the worse leaking is in the rear. As of today they are still waiting on parts. Hope this gets resolved next week. I will update when I have more news.
