  1. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

If you read my earlier replies you can see what was done to mine to fix the leaks. We've had heavy rains and knock on wood no more leaks. Only leaks when going through a car wash which I've stopped doing.
  2. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Yes. Everything looks and operates the same. Good luck!
  3. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

I would take the screenshot of what the Water Doctor did to fix mine. We've had some good rains the last couple of days and no leaks. Also keep in mind not only did they reseal the whole top and both side removable windows but they also replaced both rails. On top of that the outside contractor...
  4. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

That's exactly what I told them. Put it in the manual. They wont do that though fearing it would hurt sales. As far as the car wash goes I wont take it to another high pressure wash unless absolutely necessary. Thing is what do you do in the winter when its really cold and the Jeep is covered in...
  5. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

So first big rains since the top was fixed and no leaks. It has leaked through a car wash though and FCA is telling me that it shouldn't be run through a high pressure car wash. To me I think that's ridiculous considering what I paid for the vehicle. At this point the dealer is telling me they...
  6. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Before long FCA will be telling us that in order to prevent leaks we shouldn't take our Jeeps to car washes or expose it to heavy rain. I spoke to them and honestly this is what they are alluding to. Crazy .
  7. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

I've attached to an earlier post what an outside contractor did to fix mine. I would copy that and take it to your dealer when you drop the Jeep off. Any info you can gather that can help fix the problem right away will save you trips to the dealer. Just my two cents.
  8. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Hasnt rained here since the "fix". I will keep you posted.
  9. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

I hope this solves your problem. Here is what the outside contractor had to replace on mine.
  10. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Like I stated in earlier posts the engineers at Jeep have no solution atm. They are basically throwing solutions out there hoping it fixes the problem.
  11. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Yes another update. Picked up the vehicle today they replaced multiple seals and both rails. Ran a water test yesterday let it sit overnight. Then ran another water test today then drove it. They said no leaks. Brought it home parked it in the driveway then the rain came. Figured we would find...
  12. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Yeah, I told the service advisor if it wasnt fixed correctly and completely without issue I want another vehicle. By what he said Jeep knows they have a big, big problem. Normally they only give loaners up to 6 days. Anything more than that the advisor has to contact Chrysler for approval. When...
  13. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

I didnt oefer mine, it was on the lot. I believe it got there in April.
  14. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

UPDATE Jeep is still at the dealer. Talked to service advisor today and he said they have had to order 7 different parts to fix the leak. The engineers at Jeep have no idea how to fix the leaks atm they seem to be developing and trying different parts. The issue is the rails the top slides...
  15. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Yeah, they fixed this on mine as well and it didnt solve the problem. Mine is leaking in all four corners and the worse leaking is in the rear. As of today they are still waiting on parts. Hope this gets resolved next week. I will update when I have more news.
  16. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Picked up loaner this morning and was speaking to the service advisor apparently the engineers at Jeep are still trying to 'figure out" why the tops are leaking. Yikes.
  17. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Yes picking up loaner this morning.
  18. Leak! One Touch Power Roof

Update: Jeep has been at the dealer all week. They pulled the seals and replaced. Apparently there is a bulletin from Jeep to the dealers instructing them how to do this. They put it through the car wash for the water test. Still leaking. Now they have ordered replacement rails as the rails...
