That's entirely a personal preference.
Load Range E is going to be much stiffer on road, Load Range C is going to be much more comfortable on road.
Off road C will give more sidewall flex vs the E rated tires.

R vs Q speed rating is only like 7mph difference, so it doesn't really matter.

Honestly I'd just stick with the Load Range C's regardless. As far as if you'd like the white lettering that's all on you.

Thanks! I’ll take your advice and go with C. I am getting the white lettering. I wish that had been an option in 2018.

I’d read thru some of the tire threads if you are not 100% happy with the KO2s. Mine are slick in the rain so looking at other options and lots of good info posted on this forum. If happy then go “C” rating you’ll be happier.

I saw that thread.

I’m at nearly 60,000 miles (5 tire rotations), and have really enjoyed the KO2s.

If you want an AT with rain traction, go with Bridgestone Dueler Revo IIIs or Firestone Destination AT2s.

Appreciate that. I only know of Discount Tire from this forum. I’m in CT, and looks like your closest store is in Wichita, KS!

Is $300 about right for these? I don’t see anywhere offering them much lower.

DiscountTire was $266/tire two weeks ago for that 33". I paid $300.65/tire for my 37X12.50R17 when I replaced. Ended up selling my old Rubicon wheels and tires to another Jeep couple in the parking lot.

Just put on 5 285/70/17's on my Willys. C range and white letters. I love mine. Been using them for years. I find that "slick in the rain" means you are driving too fast for conditions.

No stores in CT as of yet, but we are looking for opportunities to grow in your area, so keep your eyes peeled! For the time being, we can ship directly to you freight free!

We have stock available to order. The price right now is $306.00 per tire.

Would you like a quote?

Appreciate your quick reply!

My local place has been great to me over the years, so I’ll let them take care of ordering for me. Thanks for confirming the price, though!
