Key FOBs not present

My 2024 Wrangler Sport JLU does recognize either FOB. I've replaced the battery on both FOBs, I've tried disconnecting 12 volt nothing works. Any ideas? My dealership is pretty useless, I'll take it there as last resort.

 The engine will start.
NOTE:
In case the ignition switch does not change with
the push of the START/STOP ignition button, the
key fob may have a low or depleted battery. In this
situation, a backup method can be used to operate
the ignition switch. Put the nose side of the key fob
(side with the mechanical flip key) against the
START/STOP ignition button and push to operate
the ignition switch.

If after replacing batteries in both fobs they are never detected and the fobs are out in the open I would suspect the receiver module. If you are confident it won’t miraculously correct itself while at the dealer maybe it’s time for the unwanted visit.

No DTCs. I between the selections on the keyless go button using the FOB, not without it.

Dumb suggestion, I've had bad batteries right out of the package. Check with voltmeter

This happened on my 2019 immediately before my aux battery failed on me.

Dont have an Aux battery, Sport doesn't come with one.

yes it have. it depends on the add on.

So no small secondary battery in the passenger side fender well behind the inner fender liner? I thought all non etorque vehicles had this small battery in addition to the main battery in the engine bay? If not, I learned something new today.

Post a pic of the negative battery terminal wiring of the main battery and someone can tell you for sure.
