My wife was parking the Jeep and this shut off before finish the parking. Tried start again and nothing. We tried start the Jeep with help of jumping start and nothing. The starter just click, I review some fuses and relay (starter, gas pump and other and they appear good. We took off the starter and tested and this is working.

The main battery is new, The small battery (start/stop system) is not working (need replacement). I saw in YouTube some videos related to issues with the start due to small battery but none related with sudden shut off.

I remove the fuse 42 and the negative cable from main battery for disable the start/stop system due to auxiliar battery need to be replaced. I will try again because main battery was discharged.

What you recommend? Any suggestion? Any similar experience?

Sorry to say but your old Aux battery has damaged your new Main battery. Always replace both at the same time so they are always the same age & condition. Combining a new and old battery on a two-battery system is a particularly bad thing to do if you want the batteries to last.

Be careful when looking at online videos. Many of them exhibit a lack of understanding of how a two-battery system works. Repair, maintenance and jump starting is not the same as a single-battery system and the JL should not be treated as if it has two separate single-battery systems.

If you start with a new Main and new Aux, charge them and try again, the Jeep should start right up. If you continue to have problems check the large fuses in the fuse box, particularly N3 which is easy to blow when only changing one battery. If that is blown the Aux battery won't charge correctly and will cause strange problems.

If the main battery is new, the N3 fuse may have been blown when it was replaced which isolates the aux battery and electronics from the alternator and main battery. Move the wire from the N3 terminal to the N4 terminal and see if that fixes it.

Agreed on the N3. This just happened to me. Aux probably went bad, drained the main. Had both replaced and I think the positve was shorted during the replacement of the main battery. N3 fuse blew and was I was getting ESS alarts and messages my Jeep was about to shut down. Moving N3 over to N4 fixed the problem and I was able to replace the whole array a few days later.

i don’t have any accessories installed. Is stock Jeep.
I will replace auxiliar battery and move N3 to N4. The alternador cable should be disconnected as well?
If Jeep starts, I need move N3 to original place?

Here's a video. It's super easy to remove the array and test the fuses. If N3 is blown you can move it over to N4. Then replace the whole array when you can get the part.

Move the N3 to N4 first, not need to do anything else. If it starts, the N3 fuse is most likely blown, so don't move the cable back until N3 is replaced. A blown N3 causes the aux battery to run down, you might want to charge and test it before replacing it.

Only move N3 to N4 if the N3 fuse is blown. This is a temporary workaround until you replace the fuses. Do not leave it this way permanently.

You can move N3 to N4 regardless of whether N3 is blown or not. It's one of the easiest ways to eliminate N3 as a possible cause in a no start situation. If moving to N4 fixes it, it can be left there indefinitely if a person so chooses. I wouldn't, I would replace the fuse array so I would still have a backup fuse.

The easiest and most precise way is a direct continuity check of the fuses. The symptoms of the N3 fuse blown or not are not necessarily immediate and results in vague imprecise troubleshooting.

that’s means the cable 3 and 4 in N4 at same time?

In this case, the easiest and most precise way of troubleshooting a suspected blown fuse is replacing it with a good fuse, especially if the person doing the troubleshooting is not familiar or comfortable with checking continuity.
