Never mind. I see it’s a tentative schedule! Now I’m really pissed! Sitting at 20 weeks now! Jeep is a total joke!

It’s been the worst buying experience I have ever had! I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody! Billion dollar company and all we get is copy paste answers from JC or JeepCares….. it total bullshit how they treat people spending 60k plus on their products. @JeepCares I don’t think they actually give a crap! The unit will be sold no matter what.

Just sent my dealer an email asking for an update ordered 11/17

Hey Pete,

I had been a little more patient this time, it’s been 2 months since my last email asking for an update. I have to ask where is our Jeep. You guys sent out an email saying we have jeeps! Not mine, sad face. A friend who ordered after us got theirs already, I bit my tongue and didn’t curse at them. Please tell me it is out back getting unloaded from a truck?
Mostly kidding around, but also where is our Jeep?

Hi everybody, just wondering if this is normal for the ordering timeline. 25 days of inspection so far?

1/18 - 22 JLR ordered
2/9 - Received email from Jeep indicating delivery probably week of 3/21
2/15 - Cryptostickers showed Build Found
3/4 - Dealer notified me the Wrangler is in I status
3/11 - Cryptostickers still not showing Sticker
3/11 - Jeep chat told me Wrangler has been in inspection for 25 days, since 2/14, and no ETA

Hi Gary! I called the sales manager, who then texted his dealer rep. Without any real information to go by, he mentioned that maybe something about the 2dr auto 2.0 JL is being held up while waiting for a new batch of parts etc- that concept might turn out to be true, because when filtering cryptostickers by 2022 2dr Rubi Auto 2.0, then sorting by order date, there are a few of us with orders in that look hung-up.

I'll let you know what I'm told when I receive the reply from the dealership! Have a super weekend!

Still, This is the first Stellantis vehicle I have ever ordered, and the entire order and build process seems really poor compared with other brands I have dealt with. How typical is 3 months with no progress? I was told a week after order by the dealer that there were no supply constraints on any options we ordered. I got a VIN, but that’s it, and then nothing. The longest I had ever waited on a new vehicle before was 8 weeks from order to delivery.

My order has been in D status for 18 weeks. No progress whatsoever. They’ve been gathering parts for over 4 months and still don’t have what they need. It takes less time to build a custom house. Worst order/purchase experience ever.

Ive come to realize they only feed you bullshit answer to fend you off until the next time you get impatient and call. Then they will feed you another bullshit answer again. Billion dollar company and all they can come up with is Bullshit answers and excuses.

Haha! You might be right. Probably start building a new house with a 3 car garage and still have no Jeep to park in it when done. I honestly wanted a Bronco but settled for a Jeep because I didn’t want the wait. Second guessing my decision at this point.

I wish crypto would also alert you when the Wrangler ships out from the factory. JC Chat says it is complete and waiting to ship then says their next update will be when it arrives at the dealer. Would like to know when it shipped out. Anybody know if there is a way to know?

You know that somebody in the system knows exactly what the hold up is. They know exactly what part they are waiting on etc etc... Yet we are not allowed to know this information ourselves. Especially when it is going on 4-5 months. All we are told is that they are waiting on parts. To me that is a BS answer. Especially when you are seeing builds come off the line that were order far after yours with all the exact same options. So what Priority did those get. WHO TF is in charge of this shit show of a production process.

Just checked with my dealer. Still in D1 with a ship( build) estimate of 3/21.
