Finally some action for orders in September. Any others orders in September that seen anything? I order a rubicon on 9/21. It’s only been 2.5 weeks so I am not crying at this point. Dealer reports a estimate ship date of 10/16. I would be lucky if it happens by then.

You never know... depends how far it has to travel. I am as far as I can possibly be from the plant. San Diego... it's 2275 miles.... ahhhhhhhhh

Yeah I heard the same today. I ordered a Rubicon on 9/14 and the dealer said the estimated ship date is 10/16. He hopes we see it by first week of November on his lot. I am not holding my breath!

Mine is a yellow 2 door manual rubicon, so probably an odd ball, low volume configuration? Who knows

All in all a very smooth process. Dealer was not pro active on communication but did respond when contacted. Very good purchase experience overall.

A couple things did not go as expected.

1) THe Jeep Chat people could never give a code or update anything but the most basic status
2) The dealer salesperson had much better information including an ETA, but still never had a code.
3) My Jeep is now all the way to complete and in storage and the tool on page one still has no build sheet or sticker sheet that works (I have checked the VIN 3 times to confirm it). Is there an update to that tool somewhere?

I just got a text from my dealer. The status code is currently "F" which means in paint. Still no Build Sheet published on Jeep site. According to the sales manager im 1-2 weeks out from it arriving on the lot at this point based off past orders for them.
