Yes, was one of the first things I noticed when I installed mine. However, it seems to have settled and is no longer an issue.Anyone else with their Trektop notice the rear window bottom weatherstrip doesn't go low enough to be flush with the tailgate? It has a slight bow and I can see inside the cargo area at the bottom of the window slightly.
It may just be because the top hasn't stretched at all yet. I installed it at 50 degrees yesterday and it is currently 30 degrees today.
Same with mine. It is settling and isn't completely flush, but is is close.Yes, was one of the first things I noticed when I installed mine. However, it seems to have settled and is no longer an issue.

How is the sound when the sun rider is flipped bac? Any flapping?Update: In torrential rains (several more inches coming this week....it's ridiculous) the Trektop NX is as dry as a bone on the inside. The top is still doing really well!
In high winds, or at high speeds (interstate) there is a little bit of flapping and wobbling of the framework. It's not bad, but it's enough to make you notice it. So my personal policy has been to NOT use the Sunrider unless I'm on 55 MPH highways or below. How is the sound when the sun rider is flipped bac? Any flapping?
YES! Drives me crazyOk so this week I experienced flapping for the first time. 70 MPH, driving north with a 20 MPH west crosswind, windows up, Sunrider closed, HVAC on, rear window would flap violently at the tailgate bar. Got pretty annoying after a while. It was worse when a truck would pass me, but it did it without vehicles passing me also. I sent Cassie an e-mail but haven't heard from her yet. I think she's been busy lately.
Anybody else get violent flapping at the rear window on the interstate?
Any luck finding any pics or videos of this top on the 2 door?Any pics of the 2-door version?
Negative. Hey @BestopTeam,Any luck finding any pics or videos of this top on the 2 door?
I want to see how much less of an over-hang the safari has than the OEM softop, when the OEM top has the windows out@Waiting
Thanks for posting this up! Iām with you - Iād really like to see what it it looks like as a safari top, too, so Iād still like to see a full video review before I pull the trigger. Having said that,I do think the lines look sporty from this angle, at least.
