Had some better light to take finished pics. I'm hoping once it sits in the sun for a while the rear window will "flatten" out.
I had to deliver a customers Jeep last night, so I didn't get a chance to drive with it yet.

That looks awesome. I think that will be in my future this summer.

I should have mine by next week some time. I plan on opening the door from my house into the garage and then putting a heater in there to bring the temperature up.

Installation ended up taking around 4 hours just like the instructions said. It ended up being 57 degrees and sunny here today, and even still I had trouble stretching the fabric enough to secure the hook n loop strips around the bows and the zipper for the rear window. But, I got it done. Went down the highway at 65 and there is zero flapping in the wind and it's a VERY quiet top compared to other soft tops I've used in the past. So far I'm impressed. I'm not a fan of the fastback look, but that's the nature of the beast with a Trektop NX. Now....to see how it holds up to the thunderstorms coming this week....

There always has to be "that guy", and I already regret that this afternoon, it's me.

It's been a week, so how many "or so's" until they ship? (Please note, text doesn't convey it, but that's my lame attempt at humor!) Only asking because the weather is warm (with some rain) and I'd love to be able to get it installed! And I absolutely apologize for asking!

Thanks for the heads up. I will contact them about getting a replacement, did you just PM them on the forums?

Thanks for the tip about the zippers. I ended up just removing the side windows, starting the zipper then put them back in place. I will try your way next time.
Yes, just go back in the thread and PM the Bestop rep, or you can email them via their website.

Question for you guys with the tops. Are the yellow and white bestop logos on the rear window and back of the top stickers and removable? No offense to bestop, but I prefer a more sterile look

The yellow one on the rear window is a sticker, and with some Goo Gone, should come off fine. The one at the top is printed on the fabric.

Yep, there is a tag on the passenger rear that you could cut off I suppose, but the one on the rear above the brake light is an ironed-on logo. On mine there was some bleeding of color around the logo and it looks like a boo-boo. But it's no big deal I guess.

Mine showed up. Ordered through 4WP.

Put it on in 50 degree weather. Took a little finess but it went on.

Happy camper. Back window has a little wave to it. Hoping it'll flatten out when the California heat hits.

Looks nice although a little too clean given the rest of your jeep.

Anyone else with their Trektop notice the rear window bottom weatherstrip doesn't go low enough to be flush with the tailgate? It has a slight bow and I can see inside the cargo area at the bottom of the window slightly.

It may just be because the top hasn't stretched at all yet. I installed it at 50 degrees yesterday and it is currently 30 degrees today.

I just noticed this yesterday as well while installing my new rear window.... :crying:
Looking at it this morning it seems to have stretched a bit, but it's not exactly where it should be.

Yeah, mine is the same. I assume the top of the tailgate is supposed to completely rest against the weatherstrip. I don't see why they would design it otherwise.

I took my tailgate bar out of the windshield and it sits like it should.

Its is 76 degrees and mostly sunny here. I just parked my Jeep outside to see if it will stretch some more.
