So, I took my Jeep into the dealership for Jeep Wave oil change #2 (I know
). Jeep Wave #1 went well so what the heck. Well, I get home after doing things around town to check the level and such like I always do when I don't change the oil myself. I could barely get the hood open as somehow they bent my hood latch. I called the service manager and he was like "So? Just bring it in and we'll order the part", no apology, nothing. So now I have to drive 30 minutes each way twice because they don't know how to close a seemingly simple hood. Ugh! Maybe I'll order the part myself and install it, better than 2 hours of driving and 2 service waits to fix their screw up. <sigh>
