Haha, relax there cowpoke. I’m waiting on my 392XR wrangler to ship. I figure snazzberry will complement the rapid red bronco.
My wife was on an assignment in Ft. Wayne for 10 months, back about 8-10 years ago. She was commuting back and forth to L.A. every week, until she just got an apartment there. I came out once and spent a week there. Nice town.

Totally wrong title "Jeep Insecurities" It should be "My Insecurities" I am not going to say anything about LA but the next time it's on the news or something, you should have a better understanding.

It’s not too bad, they have no concept of good food. Im originally from Youngstown, Ohio. As much of a dump as that place was it’s home and they had their priorities straight on food, especially pizza.

Hello everyone-
Lately I've been having these emotional ruts. I think it's related to the jeep.

Anyone else feel this way?

Wow, I'm surprised no one mentioned getting an angry eye grill so the OP can set himself apart from the normal Jeep owners. :)

The other day I parked by a stock F-150. I am now certain that my Jeep is not tall enough, no matter what my girlfriend complains about.
I feel this...it happened to me with my Tahoe. I started noticing that my "off-road" Tahoe Z71 (mostly stock at the time) sat lower than a new bone-stock base-model Ram 1500. That was the last straw for me. Lift, wheels, tires...which led to many other things. I've never done vehicle modifications to get attention - simply to keep me happy with my vehicle. But when my supposed off-road vehicle was dwarfed by a work truck, that set me off. Glad I did it though, i've had my Tahoe for 9 years now and I still love it. Can't think of anything i'd trade it for (especially since any of those options would certainly come with a monthly payment).

One of the problems with the Wrangler that just keeps growing is the fact that they are selling like crazy. I remember when my wife had her Cherokee (white, Limited)...part of the reason I hated it was that everyone had one. Just driving 20 mins out to dinner we'd see four or five white Cherokee Limiteds. It was nuts. That's why I was happy when she picked a yellow JLU...I figured at least we wouldn't see a billion of THOSE. Well that lasted a few months...but now there are four other Yellow JLU's just in our little town...and seemingly like 50 JLU's if you include all the other colors. So it's getting harder and harder to turn heads with a Wrangler.

AND I got a Skittles color! Man, I must be de-compensating. Whoah the shame. This hurts my feelings. I feel so....inadequate. Maybe the quoted opinion is born from an unrealistic expectation of what a normal size is due to too many hours on Pornhub? I only have 35" tires, only a 2.5" lift, only a 2.0T, no RTT, no plastic jerry cans, no Hilift, no lightbar.....man. I better get on Quadratec and get things in order or I shall suffer the same fate as the OP.
