Since getting a loaded Rubicon last January I have had it in the dealership twice now for a leak under the drivers side dash that leaks all over the wiring under the steering column and leaves an awesome puddle on the weathertech mats every time it rains. So nice coming out in the morning to see that on a 50k ride I just bought, and then start driving and have water dripping on my leg. Second time now in the shop and it's just ridiculous. I don't even think they are trying to fix it. Whoever was assigned to my case has made it clear it's not only not a priority to resolve, but to even keep me informed. It's been 14 days since it's been in the shop not including the holiday and I have not received one update. The jeep "cares" individual assigned to me called twice promising some escalation and to respond to me on a specific day...never did. The dealership where I bought this 50k lemon has failed to respond to me in 13 days after saying the would. How do issues like this get escalated or resolved? I did not pay this much money for a car that leaks and or this kind of service. It was a so cool having this thing for the first few months...now I just wish I got a tacoma or anything else.

Jeep Cares doesn’t care. Reached out opened a case to get the dealer to fix my Moab, all I get is the run around. They rep will call leave a message and say if I don’t hear from you I’ll close the case, meanwhile 3 messages I left for him and 2 emails and even gave him my cell. He calls my home number. They are a joke. They pretend to care they are just there to frustrate the customer. They simply can not fix the issues I have had since delivery and won’t honor the warranty.
