I have been waiting over a year to get the corrosion fixed on my Jeep, My dealer does not have a body shop so they are having another shop fix it. Problem is they are fixing all their customers first!

Is there a Plan C or are you stuck with the other shop?

if jeep cared they wouldnt have made such a rookie move in the first place with the doors. it shouldnt be hard to not use aluminum

They did right by me. There was never any mention of keeping my issues off social media. I think it is hit or miss on who you end up getting assigned to as your case manager. Mine also flat out told me that they can try and get a dealership to respond they ultimately don't have the power to force them to do anything. In my case they provided me with a 6 year $0 deductible max care warranty for my troubles.

My plan C is to go back to Jeep Cares and see if they will help! I have a case number assigned just need someone to push it threw
