Just left the auto parts store they tested battery and said it was ok so who the hell knows. The little screen said ok needs charge or something to that effect. I may go down the road and get a second opinion.
Charge it with a real AGM charger like a Ctek.

It's 6 years old. Replace it. Easy decision.

If it dies in 2 years under warranty, where do you take it to get an immediate replacement?

Go to Batties Plus and get a re-labled Northstar or O'Reilly's or Napa to get a Deka.

Napa sells Odyssey and is currently 20% off, H7 should be around $270.

H7 Ever Start at Walmart is $180 with 4yr warranty. Walmarts are everywhere. I've used the Ever Starts for many years and they last through the warranty. Local and usually in stock.

Because you have E torque and if it’s still under warranty , I would take to the dealer and get it checked out. What if the 48V is killing the 12V. It’s a complicated system. If it all checks out you can still change the 12v on your own. get it documented at least. It’s in expensive gamble. 48V battery is 2K. Also it doesn’t have an alternator what if 12v battery is not getting charged properly. Lots going on.

OP you do not have etorque. The secondary battery gives it away. etorque only uses the main battery for ESS, as I found out the hard way during my recent battery change. I also went with an Odyssey.

I did that. Got 3 different reading at 3 different places. But if you have a charger at home. U might get a few more miles from it. But most Mopar batteries have problems after 2-3 years. But I have a Ram that is 4 yrs old still going

If you want another Deka that will last 5 years or more, go to O'Rielly's and get a Super Start (made by Deka) to replace it with.
Super Starts are my go-to battery choice for most all my vehicles, especially my past and current RAM / Cummins equipped trucks.

Just recently bought two for my 2022 RAM 5500 Cab & Chassis.

Gotta love buying’em two at a time.

Lots of O’Reilly Auto Parts stores around if an issue does arise.

Almost 1 1/2 years on a Wal-Mart AGM battery. No issues.

That's the original. It's not a safety item. Nothing on your 2018 is covered under warranty anymore.

That lasted a good long time. It was a pre-covid installed battery made by Deka, a quality unit. A new Mopar battery isn't near as good. If you want another Deka that will last 5 years or more, go to O'Rielly's and get a Super Start (made by Deka) to replace it with.
The emissions warranty, which includes the etorque system and 48v battery is covered by an 8 year/80k mile warranty so depending on mileage would still be covered but you are correct about the 12v battery.
