And you have bling spot monitor without any issues? I may have to check that one out.
Yep, no issues at all.

It’s electric and electric things made by Jeep are doomed to fail.

That said, I ordered the heated seats to keep my spine limber to check my blind spots.

I bought mine from the dealer lot. I don't think I would have ordered it but I don't mind having it. The LED taillights are my favorite part. They are far brighter and look pretty cool.

On a side note.
If your gas light comes on the triangles in your mirrors will light up and stay lit until you fill it back up with gas.

I took this picture at the top of the mountain this is what my Dash look like at the time. going up the mountain I realized that the orange triangle lights were both on in my mirrors, half way to the top of the mountain, where I thought they were malfunctioning. At the top, I turn the truck off and turn it back on and the lights went off. Going back down the mountain I realize that my gas light was on and the orange triangle lights came back on. I went straight to the gas station and filled up the Jeep and they did not come back on. That's all I really know.

Yes, is worth it. Being that it is an added safety item and my family rides with yes THEY ARE WORTH the added safety features.
I truly like the system on my Rubicon.:jk::):like:

What type of detector is it?
I have a passport escort max 360 and it was bonkers.
I know the JL is different, but I run a Max 360 in my WK2 Trailhawk with Adaptive cruise, blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, front and rear park assist and all the other safety options and my detector works great.

I’m wondering if it’ll be worth it if you’re gonna be customizing you wrangler. If you want different tail lights in the future you’re probably gonna be very limited on options that incorporate the sensors. Or you’ll replace your tail lights and end up not using what you paid extra for. For me I think I’m gonna skip the led package. Steel number package and colored fenders cause I’m pretty sure all of those are going to be changed in the future with aftermarket things.

If I'm looking at everything correctly you get the rear LED lights with the LED package......so if you want the rear LED lights but not the safety package you can. If I end up getting a JLU it will have the LED lighting package but most likely not with the safety package.....using small blind spot mirrors and the standard back up camera would be enough for me. It simplifies replacing the rear bumper as well. If the JL was available with adaptive cruise and the safety package came with it then I probably go that route......but since its not I probably would not get it.

Sorry to hear that.....that sucks.....I wonder if some of the newer models that have band segmentation would help. You'd be able to shut off certain frequencies......

I asked if sending it in for an update would help, and they said the blind spot monitor systems very their radar frequencies and removing that range of signal would render the detector ineffective.
