I'll second the suggestion to consider Husky-branded bags sold at Home Depot. For the price, they're well-built and very sturdy. Just go to the nearest store and have a look at the variety of tool bags, accessory pouches, etc. that are available. I use one of the larger Husky bags to carry my tools & spares loadout in the Ural's trunk.
For a few less $$, Craftsman tool bags provide decent value, too. I've 1-2 of them in circulation, as well as a couple of repurposed Milwaukee power tool bags that were included with promotional drill/battery purchases.
