I was able to fix mine by deleting the aux battery and adding a jumper at the fuse box between #1 and #3. When I removed the aux battery it tested 12.3 volts. I'm not sure if it was the battery causing the issue or the relay that controls the circuit, but its now fix with both of them deleted.
